Montreal, Quebec – SolidXperts, a leading provider of Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE software solutions, as well as additive manufacturing technology, has announced its acquisition of Instadesign Group’s CAD division, a company in the same industry, as well as a strategic partnership with their Technical Service Division. The acquisition and partnership are expected to significantly expand SolidXperts’ customer base and enhance its product and service offerings.

The acquisition is expected to close on March 31st, 2023, pending regulatory approval. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
