The carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament substance Raise3D Industrial PPA CF Filament is built on PPA (polyphthalamide, also known as high-performance/high-temperature Nylon). This hybrid thread has better mechanical and thermal characteristics than other Nylon strands because of its high-performance Nylon matrix. The PPA CF has reduced density, lower moisture absorption, high strength and stiffness, high wear and creep resistance, and good chemical and heat resistance thanks to well-controlled dispersion and length distribution of chopped carbon fibers (15 wt%). For end-use uses in the automotive, aerospace, electrical, and electronics (E&E) industries, it is hopeful.
