projet, SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation et la simulation Markforged ont permis d\u2019optimiser un renfort destin\u00e9 \u00e0 une voiture de course avant m\u00eame sa fabrication. La simulation a\u00e9rodynamique a servi \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les charges exerc\u00e9es sur la pi\u00e8ce, puis Eiger a permis d\u2019optimiser son orientation, son remplissage et son renforcement en fibre de carbone continue. Le r\u00e9sultat : une pi\u00e8ce imprim\u00e9e en 3D atteignant un facteur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 2,18 tout en limitant la quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riau et le co\u00fbt de fabrication.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_3iDTPbvLZJ renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-testid=\"renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-level=\"2\">\n<div class=\"_3iDTPbvLZJ renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-testid=\"renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-level=\"2\">\n<h2 id=\"De-la-piste-de-course-\u00e0-la-fabrication-additive\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-local-id=\"803bc98c1770\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"1154\">De la piste de course \u00e0 la fabrication additive<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1203\" data-local-id=\"bbb556a6d94d\">Une diff\u00e9rence de comportement entre les c\u00f4t\u00e9s gauche et droit d\u2019une voiture de course peut sembler mineure. \u00c0 haute vitesse, elle peut toutefois r\u00e9v\u00e9ler un probl\u00e8me m\u00e9canique ou a\u00e9rodynamique important.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1408\" data-local-id=\"c5a1de9d56f6\">C\u2019est exactement ce qui s\u2019est produit sur l\u2019un des v\u00e9hicules commandit\u00e9s par Solidxperts. Le pilote ressentait une diff\u00e9rence entre les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la voiture. Son assistant guide l\u2019utilisateur dans la d\u00e9finition des fluides, des unit\u00e9s, des conditions limites et des objectifs de calcul.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3397\" data-local-id=\"5fe07dd5127e\">Pour reproduire une situation exigeante, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a simul\u00e9 une vitesse relative totale de 300 km\/h, soit un v\u00e9hicule roulant \u00e0 200 km\/h combin\u00e9 \u00e0 un vent de face de 100 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3573\" data-local-id=\"f929577c7d0a\">L\u2019objectif principal \u00e9tait de mesurer la force de tra\u00een\u00e9e exerc\u00e9e sur le renfort. Cette donn\u00e9e devait ensuite devenir une charge d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour la validation structurelle.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_3iDTPbvLZJ renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-testid=\"renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-level=\"3\">\n<div class=\"_3iDTPbvLZJ renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-testid=\"renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-level=\"3\">\n<h3 id=\"Cr\u00e9er-un-maillage-adapt\u00e9\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-local-id=\"f1d3a3ce6884\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"3745\">Cr\u00e9er un maillage adapt\u00e9<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3771\" data-local-id=\"89d41afce3f1\">Le maillage divise le domaine de calcul en petites cellules dans lesquelles le logiciel r\u00e9sout l\u2019\u00e9coulement. Un raffinement local peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 autour des surfaces et des d\u00e9tails qui influencent davantage les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3995\" data-local-id=\"3c504f8b5900\">Une pr\u00e9visualisation du maillage permet de v\u00e9rifier sa qualit\u00e9 avant de lancer le calcul. Cette \u00e9tape est essentielle, car une simulation ne peut \u00eatre fiable que si ses hypoth\u00e8ses, ses conditions limites et son maillage repr\u00e9sentent correctement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"_3iDTPbvLZJ renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-testid=\"renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-level=\"3\">\n<div class=\"_3iDTPbvLZJ renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-testid=\"renderer-heading-wrapper\" data-level=\"3\">\n<h3 id=\"V\u00e9rifier-l\u2019\u00e9coulement-et-mesurer-la-tra\u00een\u00e9e\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-local-id=\"ffccde2587c9\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"4254\">V\u00e9rifier l\u2019\u00e9coulement et mesurer la tra\u00een\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4299\" data-local-id=\"3c49aa30f036\">Apr\u00e8s le calcul, les trajectoires d\u2019\u00e9coulement permettent de confirmer visuellement que l\u2019air se comporte comme pr\u00e9vu autour de la pi\u00e8ce. La premi\u00e8re configuration analys\u00e9e produisait une force de tra\u00een\u00e9e d\u2019environ 14 \u00e0 15 N.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4526\" data-local-id=\"dc731551176a\">Pour conserver une marge prudente, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement analys\u00e9 la pi\u00e8ce sans tenir compte de l\u2019effet favorable de la carrosserie. Ce sc\u00e9nario plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re a produit une tra\u00een\u00e9e d\u2019environ 20 N.
